Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how AI Intelligence Score LLC, operating as Wispa (“Wispa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, stores, and shares information in connection with our website at getwispa.ai and our AI appointment-setting services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information you provide when you request a demo or create an account, such as your name, company, email address, and phone number.
  • Customer call and booking data your business provides to us or that we process on your behalf, including call recordings, transcripts, caller phone numbers, and appointment details.
  • Google user data when you connect a Google account (see Section 4).
  • Usage and device data, including log data, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including answering calls and booking appointments on your behalf.
  • Communicate with you about your account, demos, support requests, and product updates.
  • Secure the Service, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information (including Google user data) to serve advertising.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers that help us operate the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, telephony, and speech-to-text vendors), under contracts that require appropriate confidentiality and security.
  • With your direction, such as writing a booked appointment back to your connected Google Calendar.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.

4. Google User Data

If you connect a Google account to Wispa, we request only the following two Google API scopes, and no others:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly — read-only access to your Google Calendar. Used to read your existing events so Wispa can determine when you are busy and compute available booking slots to offer prospects.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events — permission to create, modify, and delete events on your primary calendar. Used to create a calendar event when a prospect books a meeting after a sales call, and to update or cancel that event if the booking changes.

Wispa does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Directory, or any other Google API. Email in the Wispa ecosystem is handled separately via Microsoft Outlook; no Google email data is accessed or stored.

Limited Use. Wispa’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we do not use Google user data to serve advertising, we do not sell Google user data, we do not allow humans to read Google user data except (a) with your explicit consent, (b) for security purposes, (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) where the data is aggregated and used for internal operations consistent with the Limited Use policy, and we do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to users.

You can revoke Wispa’s access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us at the address below.

6. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we process. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.
